Colin Tierney

Colin is a founding member and owner

of Gold Tier Real Estate and Gold

Tier Equity. Colin currently focuses

on acquisitions, management and

dispositions of investment properties

for a wide array of commercial real

estate clients from local investors to

national institutions and developers. He

provides strategic planning, transaction

management, and financial structuring

that ensures successful implementation

of client investment strategies. Under his

leadership, Gold Tier has successfully

closed $250,000,000 of real estate

transactions since inception in January 2021.

Colin graduated from The University

of Texas with a degree in Real Estate

Finance.
